The space

Be advised there is CONSTRUCTION next door. It may be noisy at times. Marenas Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach is a hotel/condo. There is a game room, sauna, restaurant, gym, and of course the beach all very close to your room. Umbrellas, chaise lounge chairs, chaise covers and beach towels are all provided when you go to the beach. The daily resort fee also covers 2 hours of free bicycle use. Additionally, this unit is updated with locks on the bathroom and bedroom doors for ultimate privacy if you are traveling with adult friends or relatives. Not all Marenas units have this feature. This room comes equipped with a play yard crib for the baby if you have one. This unit was remodeled in 2024 with all tile floors, and new furniture and a comfortable luxury Stearns & Foster mattress in the primary bedroom, the bed has charging ports on both sides of the bed. The apartment comes equipped with every day household items to make you feel at home. We provide a mattress topper and extra bedding for the Queen pull out mattress to make it ultra comfortable. We also provide a twin blow up mattress so two people can sleep in the living room without having to share a bed. Need extra towels no problem we are happy to provide them upon request just ask!

Other details

There is active construction next door to the Marenas so it may be a little noisy. The hurricane proof windows and doors do a pretty good job of blocking most of the sound but you can still hear it. if this is an issue for you please do not book this apartment. We have discounted the rates accordingly. The hotel front desk is 24/7. Checking in late? No problem! Have a, early flight in or late flight out? We may be able to accomodate early checkins and late checks out just ask. You may also leave your bags with concierge and enjoy the property, the hotel will provide towels so you can use the beach and or the pool
